Terms of Sale

The shop is operated by Hollybank (Equine) Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Jersey under number 159542, with its registered office at Hollybank House, La Rue Des Huriaux, St. Martin, Jersey JE3 6AF. You can reach us at socials@hollybank.je.

By placing an order you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and will refund any payment taken in that case.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Jersey GST is charged only where we are GST-registered and, where applicable, is shown at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payment is taken by card at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

We deliver to Jersey parishes on scheduled delivery days. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and depend on your parish and our order cut-off. See our Delivery policy for details.

Some items (such as fresh vegetable boxes) are perishable and made to order. Your statutory right to cancel may not apply to perishable goods once they have been dispatched. Where a right to cancel does apply, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

We provide the goods with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
